Rules & Equipment

Equipment for ALL seasons

Provided by North Zone Soccer, with your registration fees:

Parents are required to provide the following equipment:

Shin pads (these must cover your child’s shins, note that NO MICRO shin guards will be allowed in this league)
Shoes/Cleats that are acceptable for the season of soccer
- Acceptable Indoor Soccer Shoes:
  - Basic running shoes that are non-marking soles
  - Flat bottomed indoor soccer shoes (also known as futsal soccer shoes)
- Acceptable Outdoor Soccer Shoes:
  - Soccer Cleats (they must be either rubber or plastic cleat and cannot be sharp)
  - Basic running shoes

Players of all ages must be wearing shin pads. The shin pads must be worn under their soccer socks.
Players must have their team jerseys (provided) on in order to play.
All watches and jewelry should be removed prior to play. Earrings may be covered with tape if they cannot be removed.
